MACHA Premium

MACHA Premium is a digital pass priced at ₹99 for 30 days of access (INR). It does not renew automatically — you are only charged when you choose to pay again.

• Nothing to cancel: because Premium does not renew automatically, there is no recurring charge to cancel. Your access simply ends when the 30 days are up unless you renew.
• Refund window: if you were charged in error or are unhappy, contact us within 7 days of payment at support@macha.world for a full refund of that charge.
• After 7 days: the fee for the current 30-day period is generally non-refundable, and you won't be charged again unless you pay again.

Event payments

For paid or contribution-based events, refund eligibility depends on the organizer's cancellation terms shown on the event. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, eligible contributions are refunded to the original payment method.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (Cashfree's standard settlement times apply).
